We'll email you when an event is canceled. 

• Buyers: We'll add a credit worth 120% of the total amount you paid for the impacted event to your StubHub Wallet. The credit is valid for one year (365 days) and you can apply this credit toward any live event listings on our site in the same currency. If you would prefer a cash refund, simply go to your StubHub Wallet and click the “Request cash refund” button on the appropriate credit. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 days.
• Sellers: If you have already been paid, we'll charge your credit card on file to recover the payment. If your payment is pending, we’ll cancel the payment. Review what to do if you need your tickets back.
