If you list tickets on StubHub and they sell, we'll email you (check your spam or junk folder). You should still watch your StubHub account in case you miss it. To see your sales:
- Go to 'My tickets' then Sales
- Check the 'Open' and 'Completed' tabs
- Sales in the 'Open' tab: You need to deliver tickets to the buyer to complete the sale
- Sales in the 'Completed' tab: You've already delivered these tickets. You don't need to do anything else.
- Sales in the 'Open' tab: You need to deliver tickets to the buyer to complete the sale
