When you sell Paper tickets on StubHub, it's important to use the prepaid shipping label we provided. Your payment is linked to the tracking number on the label. To print it:
- Go to 'My tickets' then Sales (on the StubHub app, tap the first drop-down menu to see it)
- Select 'See actions' then 'Print Shipping Label'
Did you already ship tickets with a different label or courier service? If so, please contact us. We may cancel your StubHub sale and charge you according to our seller policies.
