When you sell tickets on StubHub, we'll process your payment 5-8 business days after the event. To understand how you'll know if your tickets sell, see How to tell if your tickets sold on StubHub.
We'll pay you in different ways depending on your area and the event area. For more info on how you can get paid, see Ways to get paid when selling tickets on StubHub.
- Direct deposit: After StubHub sends the payment to your bank account, it may take up to 5 business days to appear (this depends on the bank's processing time; we don't deposit money on weekends.)
- PayPal: Once the payment processes and is in your PayPal account, visit PayPal.com to get a check, add funds to a PayPal debit card, or transfer money to another account
- Payoneer prepaid card: Link an existing account or sign up for Payoneer. Payments are sent to a prepaid MasterCard. You can choose to withdraw the funds in the currency of your choice from an ATM, or use it in stores or online (wherever MasterCard is accepted).
Important! If you sell Mobile transfer tickets, we may email you and ask you to provide a proof of transfer before issuing your payment.
