If you need to change the way you deliver tickets sold on StubHub, you can update the delivery method through your account:
- Go to 'My tickets' then Sales
- Find the sale and select 'Make changes'
- Choose 'I need to change the ticket type' and the new way to deliver them
- Select 'Submit'
