If we emailed you that your payment is unclaimed and we paid you through:
PayPal: Your funds are waiting for you to claim them. If you don't have one, create a PayPal account using the email address the funds were issued to.
Direct deposit: You'll need to wait 30 days for the funds to release and get sent back to StubHub before we can issue it again. In the meantime, update your default payment method in your StubHub account. After the 30 days, we'll issue the funds to this account, which can take an additional 13 days:
- Go to 'My tickets' then Settings (on the StubHub app, tap the first drop-down menu to see it). The 'Payment' tab is automatically open.
- Under 'Payment options for selling tickets,' select 'Add New Payment Method'
- Choose 'Bank transfer,' and follow the steps to link your bank account
