If you listed the wrong bank account for direct deposit payment, you can delete the existing bank account info and add a new one. To add a new bank account:
- Go to 'My tickets' then Settings (on the StubHub app, tap the first drop-down menu to see it). The 'Payment' tab is automatically open.
- Under 'Payment options for selling tickets,' select 'Add New Payment Method'
- Select 'Bank transfer' and follow the steps
- Don't see your bank listed in the drop-down menu when entering your bank details? Choose 'Other' in the middle of the list (it's in alphabetical order)
After you've made the changes, we'll re-process your payment within 10 business days.
