If you listed the wrong bank account for direct deposit payment, you can delete the existing bank account info and add a new one. To add a new bank account:

  1. Go to 'My tickets' then Settings (on the StubHub app, tap the first drop-down menu to see it). The 'Payment' tab is automatically open.
  2. Under 'Payment options for selling tickets,' select 'Add New Payment Method'
  3. Select 'Bank transfer' and follow the steps
    • Don't see your bank listed in the drop-down menu when entering your bank details? Choose 'Other' in the middle of the list (it's in alphabetical order)


After you've made the changes, we'll re-process your payment within 10 business days.
