If you can't deliver the tickets you sold on StubHub, you need to tell us.
- Go to 'My tickets' then Sales (on the StubHub app, tap the first drop-down menu to see it)
- Find the sale
- Select 'See actions' then 'Make changes' and follow the steps. If you have replacement tickets to offer, list the ones you have.
If you can't deliver the tickets as promised, or if the buyer doesn't accept your replacement tickets, we'll charge your credit card according to our seller policies.
