There are 2 ways to view MLB tickets bought on StubHub: The StubHub app and the MLB Ballpark app

Using the StubHub app

If the app isn't available in your country, we recommend using a mobile web browser instead.

  1. Tap 'My tickets' then the order
  2. Tap 'Get tickets' then 'Get tickets' again
  3. Scan the QR code

Using the MLB Ballpark app

To view your tickets

  1. After downloading the MLB Ballpark app, log in or create an MLB account with the same email you used for StubHub 
    • If this is your first time using the MLB Ballpark app: Select the ‘Have an account? Log in’ link and use the ‘Forgot Password?’ functionality to create a new password and access your account (be sure to provide the same email address you use for your StubHub account when prompted for an email)
  2. The app should automatically recognize tickets you bought on StubHub (you may have to verify your email address to see them first)
  3. Select 'Tickets' to see your order
  4. Select 'Open' next to each seat to scan the QR code at the gate


To send tickets to a friend

  1. In the MLB Ballpark app, select 'Tickets'
  2. Select 'Forward Tickets' then the seats to forward
  3. Choose how to send them
