When you buy a type of mobile ticket on StubHub, you'll view the ticket on your phone. Then you'll scan the barcode or QR code at the gate.
StubHub offers several kinds of mobile tickets. Not all are available for each event.
- Mobile transfer tickets: These tickets come from a third party. You'll accept the transfer to view them on your phone. If you buy this type of ticket, we'll email you instructions.
- Mobile ticket: View these tickets on the StubHub app. You can also visit StubHub on a mobile web browser and scan the ticket from the order in your account.
Some types of mobile tickets have a rotating barcode. This means the barcode changes regularly. Venues won't accept screenshots of these tickets at the gate.
