If you know your current password but want to change it

  1. Go to 'Profile ' then Settings. Select the 'Contact' tab (On the StubHub app, tap 'My tickets,' then tap the first drop-down menu and select Settings. In the second drop-down menu, tap 'Contact.')
  2. Under 'Password,' select the pencil
  3. Enter your old password, then a new one, and 'Save'

If you forgot your password and need to request a new one

On the StubHub app

  1. Go to 'Profile' then 'Forgot password'
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account (if it's not pre-filled for you)
  3. Select 'Send email'
  4. Check your inbox (including spam or junk folders) and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password


On a computer

  1. Select 'Sign In' then 'Forgot password'
  2. Enter the email address if it's not filled in for you
  3. Select 'Send email'
  4. Check your inbox (including spam and junk folders) and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password

Password requirements

Your StubHub account password should be:

  • Between 8 and 20 characters
  • A combination of numbers, letters (upper- or lowercase), and/or special characters
  • Your password can't be your email address
