To update your primary email address or phone number:

Go to 'Profile' then Settings (on the StubHub app, go to 'My tickets.' Tap the first drop-down menu to see 'Settings')
Select the 'Contact' tab (on the StubHub app, tap the second drop-down menu to see it)
Under 'Email address' or 'Primary phone,' select the pencil.
- When updating your email address: You're required to validate your existing email before editing it. Select 'Send Verification Email. Check your inbox and select the link in the email. After, you can return to your StubHub Settings and edit.
Make your changes and 'Save'
