Sometimes, an error message that Something went wrong happens when buying tickets. To fix this, we recommend to:

  1. Select 'Profile' then Settings (on the StubHub app, go to 'My tickets.' Tap first drop-down menu to see it.)
  2. Select the 'Contact' and 'Addresses' tabs (on the StubHub app, tap the second drop-down menu to see them)
  3. Make sure your account info is completely filled out. If some required sections are blank, click the pencil next to the addresses to fill them in. 
  4. Save any changes
