Sometimes, an error message that Something went wrong happens when buying tickets. To fix this, we recommend to:
- Select 'Profile' then Settings (on the StubHub app, go to 'My tickets.' Tap first drop-down menu to see it.)
- Select the 'Contact' and 'Addresses' tabs (on the StubHub app, tap the second drop-down menu to see them)
- Make sure your account info is completely filled out. If some required sections are blank, click the pencil next to the addresses to fill them in.
- Save any changes
