At Naturegear, we understand that sometimes things happen and your backpack may need to be replaced. That's why we offer a replacement policy to ensure that you can continue to carry your devices and accessories with ease. Here are the details of our Naturegear Backpack Replacement Policy:
Replacement Period: We offer a 5-day replacement policy from the date of purchase. If your backpack is damaged or defective within this period, we will replace it free of charge.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement, the backpack must be purchased from an authorized Naturegear dealer or reseller. The backpack must also be in its original condition and packaging.
Process: If you need to replace your backpack, please contact our customer support team within the 5-day period either through Email or Webchat. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. We will send you a replacement & take the faulty backpack.
Exceptions: Our replacement policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover lost or stolen backpacks.
